  • Reference checks and I-9 verification

  • Referral to client company for specific temporary assignment

  • Provide temporary employee with information regarding assignment: job description, policies & procedures, working hours and duration of assignment

  • Performance Evaluation sent to supervisor to monitor performance of Ryals employee

  • Employee relations services available to both employee and client company
